Were you concerned because one of his pupils is larger than the other? I am just asking b/c my son has the exact same thing in every picture. His left pupil is soooo much bigger than the other.
No, I was concerned because his pupil was white in the picture. With retinoblastoma, the tumor in the eye reflects light back, giving the eye a white appearance in a photograph. I'm not sure what a larger pupil could mean, if anything, but maybe mention it as a precaution! He's adorable!
