Do all of you really remember to them everyday? I feel like such a failure because I almost never remember to do them! Usually I only remember when someone posts a reminder on one of the boards!
honetsly i rarely do them if ever. i work out 5 days a week and the machines i work out on probably strengthen my kegel muscle more than the exercise would so i just say screw it.
who knows... hopefully i wont have a saggy crotch.
They tend to tickle (is that weird?) so no, I don't do them everyday. In my prenatal yoga we did an excercise that you put a rolled up mat in between your legs and do kegals that way, it was much better but I just don't end up doing them
I try to do them everytime I go to the bathroom easiest way to remember
i thought you were only supposed to do that to figure out how to actually do them? i have heard if you do them constantly while going pee it can give you a uti

never heard that before but thanks for the heads up
Nope don?t do them. I actually don?t really know how to do them. In my birth class the lady kept telling us how to do them but I didn?t feel anything different. So I don?t think I was doing them right. Oh well, there have been millions and millions of women before us that never did them and they survived

Nope, never do them. I always forget.
But I am very small to begin with and could stand to stretch a little... lol

haha, this!
Nope. But the sheet my dr gave me about what to do after baby gets here says DO THEM!!! under the kegels section. That's all it says. Kind of funny.
I don't feel too guilty about it now, but I will feel bad if I don't do them later.
