My IVF baby is finally here...

...and it's a BOY! Elliot Arthur was born March 14th by emergency c-section after 52 hours of labor.?He was 8 lbs, 4 oz. and 20.5 inches.?We'd planned a natural birth and ended up with anything but. I guess we can't do any of this the easy way. LOL! He and I both suffered complications and he had to spend a week in the special care nursery which was heartbreaking, but we're all home now and he's doing really well. He is a very sweet baby and totally worth the wait. It's just hard to believe he is actually HERE after all we went through during our ttc years.I haven't managed to write my birth story yet but it's coming. This new mom gig is so time-consuming!?
