DS wakes at 7 am and wants to take his nap around 10 am. ?I'm trying to stretch it out to noon. ?

Nap is sometime between 12 and 1. She usually sleeps for about 2 hours.

DD has just recently started taking one nap a day. She usually takes it around 11:30 am (although there are exceptions, like today when she refused to nap till 1:30 pm).

Ben is almost 22 months old. He sleeps from 9:30-9:45 PM until 9:00 AM. He goes down for a nap at 2 and sleeps 2- 2 1/2 hours.

DD gets up at 7am and takes a nap at 10 and 2-2:30. SHe usually sleeps 1hr-2hrs depending on how busy her day is.

wakes at 7:30- 8 am and nap is at 2 on the dot! he naps for about 1 hour maybe 1:15 minutes no longer, if he naps more, later he doesnt want to go to bed!

Still doing 2 naps! She wakes at 630, first nap at 11, second nap at 4. Usually they are an hour and a half.

DD wakes up around 7:30am and goes down for her nap around 1:00pm.

She was a terrible napper and only slept for 30 minutes at a time, but one day I didn't put her down until 1:00, and she ended up sleeping for two hours. It turned out that I was trying to put her down too early before that!
