I'm trying to get some inspiration. I think I'm just going to have some leftover mac and cheese and a chicken pattie, but I was thinking to actually make something for DH.
I've enlisted DH to make chicken enchiladas. ?Yum.

Either spaghetti w/ homemade red sauce (from the freezer) or black beans & rice w/ turkey sausage. Can't decide yet since I just had lunch... nothing sounds good at the moment.
Chicken is in the crockpot with tomato sauce, red beans, onion and garlic. I have no idea what I put together on that one. We are also going to have sweet potatoes and a salad.
moh06MA- how about mac and cheese? I usually love home made fries, but just can't stomach them right now. Mashed potatoes, corn and salad. Those are all my norms.
Oh, maybe you meant seasoning? I saw on the Oprah show that they seasoned pork chops with jerk. I can't wait to try that!
At this point I would do mac and cheese AND pork chops!! Actually the jerk seasoning sounds great, I think I'll look that up and now I'm craving mashed potatoes yummmy!!! Thanks for the ideas!
We're having dinner at MIL's tonight. My BIL who has been home on leave from a tour in Iraq is heading back in the morning, so we're having a family good-bye dinner. I hate that he has to go back! : (

This...I am feeling lazy and the baby won't stop fussing for more than a few minutes today so I need something easy.
