retro-credit requests @ BRU

I was submitting my retro-credit requests to BRU and then I got a message saying i've exceeded my limit...I only put in 4 receipts!! Is that the limit? It said to call customer service, I haven't yet. I wanted to know if you girls have run into the same thing?

    I'm not sure what retro-credit requests are, but when DH and I tried to return some stuff we got at our shower, they said we had exceeded our limit of returns (and it was only about $50).  All they had to do was call a manager and have him override the restriction.  Not sure what the process is online, but in the store it was no big deal.

    if you get gift receipts and have a rewards card you can do a retro credit request and add the gift receipt to your account thus getting a $5 gift card for every $150 spent

    I just barely figured out how to do that (thanks BRU for ever telling us you had a rewards program considering we've spent over $1000 there) so I'll be entering my receipts tonight! Please let me know what you figure out!
