good sign???

Okay so it's my first month of Clomid 50 mg and today is day 8 (I took it 3-7). I feel some soreness on my low left and right side near where I think my ovaries are is this a good sign??? I have been nervous because the posts where Clomid didn't work. I have a trigger shot for after I get checked on the 11th day.  Just curious if it usually is something you can feel working! BTW on the meds because I don't ovulate...they are unsure if it's PCOS or if it's my autoimmune disease.
