I usually buy diapers at BJ's, but things got crazy and we ran low, so I picked up a small pack at the grocery store to get though until we made a run to BJ's.
They are the same size, but they are different than the Cruisers we've always used. The inside lining is more like the Baby Dry than the mesh type lining that Cruisers used to have.
Did they change the Cruisers? I can't figure out why the ones from BJ's would be so different from the ones at the grocery store...
Re: Did Pampers change the Cruisers?
I just got a box over the weekend at Babies R Us, I didn't notice any difference. Mine still have the mesh type lining like the swaddlers have.
hmmm wonder if you got a "messed up" pack
The regular mesh cruisers are the only ones R can wear. All the others, including Baby Dry, give her a horrible rash. For whatever reason, the mesh works for us. Hopefully, we'll start potty training soon, but still, I hope they don't change them!
It's so weird!
They are changing the Cruisers...I called because I bought 2 boxes at Babies R Us that didn't have the mesh lining, and the Pampers rep said that they are going to change. You might still find some boxes with the mesh (as the packages look exactly the same), but as those sell and new stock is brought in, they are all going to be the non-mesh kind.
I much prefer the old ones...so I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with Cruisers or try something else. I'm hoping my DD is PTing soon, so maybe it won't be an issue for too much longer.
