How did you get LO to go from a 3 hr schedule to a 4 hr schedule at daycare? How did you change your routine on the weekend and their bottles during the week?

Olivia just gradually waiting the 4 hours. Now it sometimes is longer b/c she eats three meals a day. On the weekends I nurse her and don't pump except in the mornings if I am engorged.

I didn't really plan for it - DD goes longer between feedings at daycare because there is so much going on that she doesn't want to stop and eat. When we are together, she still BFs pretty frequently. She's a snacker. I still pump 3 times per day at work (but the count-down to dropping a pumping session is on).
I agree with pp--he decided when to eat, we didn't choose that for him. He's never been on much of a schedule. He eats when he wants to--I'd say about a month or so ago he started eating far less during the day at daycare. I think there's just too much to see
Why do you feel like you need to change her schedule? DS's daycare feeds them whenever the parents want them to (i.e on the kids own schedule). Is yours wanting to feed all the kids at the same time?
So I should just wait for him and not try to adjust his schedule?
I feel like he will never do it on his own because he would need to get bigger bottles to sustain that extra hour, yes?
I don't know if my DD is typical or not, but she has not increased oz in the bottle in a long time. At 6 months she started solids though, and we have been slowly increasing the amounts of solids she gets at daycare.

no, they feed on demand, as do i.......and it just happens to be about every 3 hours, but I was reading the Baby Whisperer this weekend to help with his evenings and saw that around 4 months they should be on a 4 hr schedule instead of 3 and that I should slowly start to adjust it accordingly??

I haven't read this book, but I tend to be skeptical of books that say all babies at such and such age should be eating this amount or at this time-frame. Not flaming you here, just giving MHO.

I just was not sure if my baby was the only one still on a 3 hr schedule and if I should be increasing his bottles so that he could adjust or if I should just let things be. Based on feedback I am thinking I should just let him figure it out on his own and he will adjust when he is ready.

DD is still on a 3 hr. schedule, but she also kind of phased out her 9 a.m. BM feeding (according to her demand). So, right now she is getting 4 feedings of either nursing or BM bottle, plus three meals of solids.
Re: Working Moms that BF and pump.....
Ditto. We feed on demand. Increasing the ounces in the bottle might help DC go longer, but it might not.
