DH went to the hospital on Saturday to see a friends new baby. When he got home he said the baby was super cute. I asked if it gave him baby fever, holding a two day old baby, and he said no. What?!?!?
Later on that night he said "So, you're pretty excited about having another baby, huh?" I told him not if he wasn't. He said he was very excited about another baby of ours but holding someone else's new baby just doesn't give him baby fever. Is this a male thing?
Re: Do men not get baby fever?
Men are so strange when it comes to having babies. I got pg with this baby while still on the mini-pill and it was just a huge suprise to me. It took me awhile to adjust to the fact, but my dh from the start was excited. It suprised me how excited he was about it since he is the big planner in the house. I think he was more excited he had a dd the entire football season. ha!!
