random toys your DC loves

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months

We are going on an air plane this weekend with DD (a 2 hour flight, layover, then a 4 hour flight) and I am going to the store this week to pick up some new toys for her to play with. Other than baby toys, what are the random things your DC find around the house that they love playing with. We are just trying to find things to keep her entertained on the flight.

    Baby C's favorite thing by far is an empty tortilla chip bag. The Target brand has a zipper closure, so I don't have to worry about crumbs. He seriously would play with it for 30 minutes + if I let him.

    cell phones, remotes, coasters (the cork type), empty tupperware dishes, and one of his favorites is trying to get the cat toys.
