Teething?

Do you think this is just teething?  Collin's been sick for the last month or so.. he just finished his round of antibiotics and finally got rid of his cough and congestion.  He's almost 4 months old.  This weekend he was having fevers.  Friday night it was 101.3 and then Saturday it was consistently 99.something.  I just gave him Tylenol all weekend. Sunday he didn't have a fever at all.  I can't feel anything on his gums but he's doing spit bubbles constantly and he always has his hands in his mouth. 

Should I be concerned or do you think it's just teething?  I didn't call the doctor because I figured they would just tell me to give him tylenol.

    A fever is 100.5 and above, so the 99.? is normal.  Katie had a 101.3 temp and I posted this same question.  Both responses said it was teething.  Teething sucks.  I hope dc feels better soon.

    My guess would be teething. ?Are the gums swollen at all? My DS started teething at around 3 months and his gums were swollen but we could not see anything for quite some time

    I can't really tell if the gums are swollen.  I've been trying to poke my finger in there and feel around but I can't tell.  I know I can't feel any bumps or anything and I can't see anything either.  He doesn't let me feel much because then he just tries to suck on my finger. lol
