What are your go-to table foods for DC?

I have a couple of meals that are quick and easy and I know DS will eat, but I'd kind of like to get some more variety in there. What quick, easy meals do you feed DC (and yourself)?

Here are mine:

Grilled Cheese

French Toast with Applesauce

Scrambled Eggs and Toast

  • I'm not very good with this yet, but grilled cheese, bagels w/cream cheese, and buttered toast.

    Pancakes

    Spaghetti

  • quesadillas, frozen veggies or fruit (heated in the microwave for a minute), corn on the cob! (this one keeps him occupied and he loves it), cheese, shredded turkey, diced fruit, and the trusty puffs

    ooooh good ideas!!!

  • Emerson loves the Country Crock Mac and Cheese.  I love it because you can dip just a little bit out and heat it up really quickly.

mini waffles and mellon of any kind

    cherrios and yogurt

Cambell's Chicken Noodle O Soup with the broth poured off with added pea and carrots

  • Anything. Seriously, anything.

But his favorites: mandarin oranges, chickpeas, black olives, toast, cheese, green beans, meatloaf, and pastapastapasta.

  • My daughter woudl love to have these things I think.  But how do the little ones eat them?  She can manage bits of bread, but anythign else she gags because she doesn't chew it.  I tried chicken bits and no chewing.

and do you make a whole sandwich?  i have trouble getting a whoel (sometimes even a half) jar of babyfood in her.  She gets fussy like she is done...but of course if I am eating something 5 minutes later she wants to share till it's gone.
