Does it allow for the baby to face forward? I can't find anything on their website that says one way or another. I definitely want a carrier which allow baby to face me OR the world. TIA!
No you can't forward face in an ergo, which sucks because my son loves to face forward. You can face forward in an X sling but they only go up to a certain weight.
Ditto pp, but at 6 months you can do a hip carry, which had the same effect as facing forward. He could still see everything that was going on. I was bummed that they can't face front, but in the end that carrier is so, so comfortable I have been very pleased that we went for it.

We had one for a short while, but it didn't work for us so we got a Mei Tei instead. For us the Bjorn was great for forward facing. Some wraps allow for forward facing as well.

This is what I'm counting on too- hoping that the hip carry will do in place of facing forward!
