Has it occurred to anyone else that a 2009 baby is no longer possible?
Having an IUI fail sucks, realizing that a 2009 baby is now completely out of the question just puts salt in the wounds.

TTC since July 2007
a year on our own, 7 IUIs spread out over 2 years, all BFN
IVF attempt #1 - September - antagonist protocol, called off CD8 due too poor response
IVF attempt #2 - November - called off on CD11 due to low estrogen
IVF attempt #3 - started stims Jan 25th...converted/cancelled Jan 31st...SWITCHED BACK TO IVF Feb 3rd!
ER Feb 7th...lets DO this!
ET Feb 12th, Beta #1 141, Beta #2 356, u/s #1 hb 141 bpm, u/s at 7 weeks 1 day no hb, missed m/c. So sad.
IVF #4 scheduled for June 2011, last chance, this is it

I have thought about that...the only way is if I get pregnant with twins with this IVF cycle and then its the last week of December according to the computer but a singleton would be a January EDD.
I'm a December baby...you're saving your future kid some heart ache and fewer presents...think of it that way!!!

I am still crossing my fingers for my 2009 baby. My beta is Monday. My EDD would be 12/10/09. If this cycle doesn't work than yep no 2009 baby
for us.
I do hope that 2010 is a good year full of many pregnant T-TTCers.

This last cycle was our last of trying in our own. We are now IVF/ICSI bound. 1st Consult is on April 10th. Hoping for an early spring 2010 baby!
Sure has...although I have a very slim chance still, we'll have to wait and see.
And in my mind I said "Hmmm, maybe we'll have a baby in the next decade, literally." Yikes, 2010...I'm still partying like it's 1999, HA!

We've been consoling (such as it is) ourselves with the fact that we'll have a HUGE tax writeoff this year due to IVF. And we may look into buying a house as well, if money gets better, so another credit there.
minnteacher -- same with us, too. I've resigned myself to being 36 when we start IVF. If it works the first time, we'll just miss having a kid after 37.
Here's hoping that 2010 makes Moms of us all :-)
