Good article on PP

At the PG GTG I was telling the other ladies that with my first I felt very prepared for labor and delivery (and had an easy one) but was not at all prepared for pp.  Of course I was not on the Nest at the time, so I did not have this great resource.

Anyway, I saw this article today. I thought it was pretty accurate and real.

    This is a great article - and one I wish I had read before delivery.  That is exactly what I tell all my pg friends - that I felt pretty well prepared for labor and delivery, but not at all prepared for how hard my recovery was going to be (and I had the nest!).  I knew about the basic things to expect, but nobody told me how much it would (or could) hurt just to sit, sneeze, etc.  Very helpful!
