Baby aspirin and estrogen patches in IVF cycles

For all of my other IVF cycles I've used baby aspirin (81 mg) and Vivelle estrogen patches. My new RE is not prescribing them to me. He said there is no real benefit to using them Does anyone else not use them?

I've cycled at two major clinics and never used either. A nurse told me to take the baby aspirin in my first IVF and, when I questioned it with the doctor, he said that she was wrong to tell me to take it, that it's not in the philosophy of their practice and they had used them at a previous practice the nurse had been with.

I am on a daily baby aspirin because of two miscarriages. I have not been diagnosed with clotting issues or MFTHR, the doctor has recommended them as a precaution.

I've never used them and I've been through 2 fresh ivf's and i fet. I just started ivf #3 and my re didn't mention baby asprin to me at all. I had a m/c and had rpl done, all my labs came back normal. Now I'm wondering if I should take it as a percaution too, like pp.

I just finished my first round of Clomid and they told me to take a baby aspirin everyday and the Vivelle estrogen patch.
