depressing shopping day

well, I can no longer deny it - I have gained 15 pounds since starting IVF in August. I suppose that 3 cycles, 2 pregnancies, and 2 miscarriages will do that to a person. I now weigh almost as much as my husband, who has been working on losing weight. I told him he can't lose any more until I do!

I went shopping today b/c I really need to have some spring pants that I can zip and button. I expected to go up one size. I had to go up 2 sizes. sigh. It felt great to wear pants that were comfortable, but I may have to cut the tags out!

my sweet husband was with me, and he wisely answered "no" every time I asked "does this make me look fat?".

    IF weight gain sucks! It just adds insult to injury. As if dealing with everything isn't bad enough, then we gain weight. Justice would be that IF would cause weight loss! At least your husband is sweet and supportive.

    Shopping whats that??? I am so tired of not fitting in my clothes.. no wonder I wear the same thing week after week.. The did buy a pair of pants 2 weeks ago that were $1.97 originally $49.99... Yeah I dont give a crap what the size tag says... I look at the price tag.. haha
