Has anyone taken one of these classes with your child? I'm trying to figure out if it's a fit for my 4 year and I and just wanted some input as to what you may have thought about it.
I haven't taken one myself, but have always heard good things (even from Mom's of little babies).
You might look into seeing if they offer "sample" classes. I've seen free ones offered at my local library about once a month so that people can try it out.?

We've done Music Together for a year and a half now. We started when DD was 6 mos old and she still loves it. We have all ages from newborn to 5 years old in our class and everyone gets a little something out of it. I recommend it.

One of the women in my original Mom's Group TEACHES Music Together here in CA so, everyone in the group was excited to sign up for our very first "class" with our kids and we all LOVED it!!!
Our kids all started at 5 months and are all still going at nearly 3 years old!
The classes are normally arranged by age (atleast for "babies"!) so that the music, books, CDs and instruments, as well as the level of class participation is appropriate and Patty (my friend who teaches) ALWAYS has a "demo" class the week before the class starts that is free for everyone.
I highly recommend it, the materials are really wonderful and while each teacher is unique, everyone I know who's taken it (obviously with someone other than Patty), has absolutely LOVED it!
