Help..I need to find a Nanny

in Working Moms
so my original childcare plan fell thru and now I have to find a nanny.......I'm going to start my research but figured I would ask you savvy ladies for advice...tips..websites or list of stuff I must do or know during my search......................................................................................................................................I'm going back to work in May..DD will be 3months.....thanks

    I used an agency, Absolute Best Care. ?I LOVE my nanny-- they sent us great people. ?You could also try Sitter City. ?

    Ditto Sitter City- we found our first nanny there. Also, see if there is a Yahoo group for your neighborhood- that is where we found our current nanny after we moved, and she is amazing. Good luck!
