I was LOL at your confession!!!

I did even worse - i was given a bag of twin clothes from a friend of a friend - someone i don't even know who had twin boys and gave me a nice size bag of matching outfits she didn't need anymore.

almost all of them were the Carter's clothes "in suspect" - and not really my style - so i put them into the pile I'm saving up to send back to carters.... bad, huh?

what you did was smart! if i see any at consignment or yard sales I'm doing the same!

    Sorry to butt in, but, ditto!  I'm doing the same thing!  I told DH it's like a public service really, what if some unsuspecting person buys them at a consignment store and their child has a horrible reaction!  Wink

    Do you have the Carters link to the recall info? We have some outfits with the solid background label, but I wasnt sure if there are other seasons that had this same label or not. Thanks.

    yeah, i was careful not to say in my letter that i sent with the box that i had three boys - because i found some girl stuff at the consignment sale. :D
