Really weird symptom question

in Pregnant after a Loss
For the past few days I have had this tingling feeling on and off in my lower right abdomen. When I went for my u/s the tech told me I had O'd on the right side so if I had some pain it was normal, but this is not pain...just a sort of tingly sensation. Anyone experience this?
