I have baby fever so bad...

I was just lurking on the 0-6 months board and man, it does not help my baby fever.

Confession: Every month, I hope that we oopsed and are pregnant. We chart and use condoms. It's unlikely since I do enforce the condom rule, but I still kind of hope. My husband would be ecstatic if we got pregnant.

But, we are waiting for financial reasons. We could make it work if we got pregnant now but it seems like bad judgment to do it now when we know that it would be better to wait. It sucks because we both want it so bad.

Could I can some of this EFF water for the end of this year, maybe?

    LOL.  I was the same way.  I started TTC before I should have.  As things turned out it took us a long time to get pregnant so it worked out fine.  But I totally understand the baby fever.  It can make you obsessive!

    I'm on the side that thinks if you want to have babies then you should. There will never be the "perfect" time. Forget the condoms one night!!!

    You know what's best for your family and while you do need to be able to provide certain necessities for a child, there is never a perfect time. There will always be one more thing to do, save for, etc. Good luck at the end of this year. =)

    We had a savings goal. ?Actually I think it was too lofty. ?Anyway, we just decided to go for it. ?There will always be a reason to say no. ?What I?ultimately?thought was, will I want a baby in 9 months? ?Yes.

    wow - it's like you just wrote a post for me.  i'm in exactly the same boat.  we don't have a lot of sex but chart with fertile period condoms here too and i'm constantly wishing that i could just say screw our financial situation, we want a baby dammit!  lol..  but alas, we are too 'reasonable' despite how badly we both want to start now...  i need a job and a couple months to chip away at the debt we've accumulated while i've been unemployed.  then we can try.  so we can def be baby fever buddies.. lol.  we can talk each other off the 'accidentally on purpose' oops ledge.. lol..

    Me too! But I want to try for a VBAC, so we can't try until at least September. It seems far off, but I know how time goes, it'll be here befor we know it. We'd totally be trying now otherwise.
