I'm always HOT

Does this come with turning 31 or something?  I can't seem to get to a comfortable temp. I am always hot.  I thought for sure with the move from Texas to Oregon I would be feeling cold all the time while my body adjusts to the new climage but I feel like I'm constantly warm and sometimes to the point it's like a hot flash.  I'm not on any meds or anything.  My mom and I go for walks every sunday and she is always bundled up, about five minutes into the walk I'm stripping down to my long sleeve shirt.  I used to wear gloves all the time to keep my hands warm, I have only worn them once this winter...when we had nine inches of snow.  ugh....

    This may sound crazy, but have you had your thyroid checked? I was HOT all the time last year during the winter (2007) to the point where I'd be sweating through the night, sleeping with no covers, had to have the window cracked. I couldn't even wear a scarf or gloves walking to my office from the parking lot, and the second I got into the office, I had to open my window and stand in front of it. Just a though, maybe check for hyperthyroidism... g/l
