I never thought I'd ask a poop question ...

DS has had greenish poop before, so I know that's normal. But today it was like a grey green color, like a dark army green if that makes any sense and pasty. I was EPing and now am weaning. He's getting 4 formula bottles and 1 BM bottle a day. Are these just what formula poops are like? Could it be the formula? He's been supplemented with it since 2 mo, but not with as much as he gets now.

    DD is FF and she has some nasty poops like this. ?Lovely, no?

    This started for us and turned out to be a milk allergy.  It means collic or gas and you need to find what is causing it.  There are many reasons. You might switch to soy.  I ebf so I had to cut out all dairy and it cleared up in a matter of days.  Is it every diaper or just some?  It can be from hind/for milk imbalance but if you are adding formula it might not be setting well with him.

    Brookie - When did it start? Wouldn't I have noticed it before if he wasn't tolerating it well? I'm not being sarcastic, but honestly curious. This is the first diaper like it that I noticed, so we'll see what happens. Luckily he only goes once or twice a day so we'll wait and see.
