When will be hair stop falling out??

I seriously think I'm going to be bald if this doesn't stop soon. The shower is the worst! Ponytail holders are covered in hair....

When is this going to end? Please tell me soon!

    I don't know, I'm going through the same thing.  I feel like I lose hundreds at a time.  Sad

    Did it start falling out while you were still BF? Mine hasn't started yet and I just assumed it was because I am still BF.  When did it start falling out?

    Mine started falling out in huge clumps at about 3 months PP.  It seems to have slowed recently... but then I'm knocked up again, so maybe that's why.

    I'd read that it can last up to a year PP.

    Mine is still falling out, but thankfully it's not as bad (my DS is 12 weeks old). A friend of mine has a year-and-a-half year-old, and her hair is still falling out like crazy.. I'm praying that this won't happen to me!!

    If it seems like more than it was before being pregnant I would speak to your doctor. They can do a simple blood test to check your thyriod or for anemia. I found out my hairloss is due to an overactive thyriod but hairloos can also happen due to an underactive one too.

    Better safe than sorry.
