I am only going to do a check-in today since the weekend will be busy. So what are your exercise plans for the weekend?
Today: 30 minutes elliptical and abs
Saturday: a little mall walking, maybe 30 Day Shred
Sunday: go to YMCA-30 minutes walk/run and 10 minutes bike and abs
