I hated all of them I saw for Gabe. We didn't do a baptism, but a child dedication, so it was a little less formal.I put him in pants with a shirt and vest.
It's pretty girly, it has embroidered flowers. If it were plain I would. DS#1 wore a gown, it was a family heirloom, over a hundred years old, but it is too fragile to use now.
My ds's gown had embroidered flowers and lace. I was baptized in it and so was my brother and my cousins. I didn't think it was too girly, it was special.

it's been awhile since I've looked at it. Maybe without the bonnet it's not as girly....
It is so hard to find outfits for boys! We got him a little tux outfit from Dillards. It was all white and had a long shirt, pants, and a little vest to go along with it. It worked out great.
