I just started TTC again and apparently it has brought back a little hostility. Asking a simple question and getting a flip response as if a novice was apparently more than I could swallow. Mostly, sorry about the picture. Going to go now.
Try out the Success after Infertility board. And be more specific in your questions from now on. Like it or not, people make assumptions in the absence of information.
I'm sorry you're having a bad day. We're more than happy to answer questions, and while Dr. Loretta doesn't subscribe to the sunshine and rainbows philosophy, she gives a straight answer - don't assume anything flip or mean spirited by it.
I think given the big baby photo (your little guy is cute, btw) and the lack of context, your post gave the impression you were a newbie to TTC. I'm sure you know we get our fair share of "it's my second month TTC why is it so haaaaard?" posts that we have to deal with. Obviously you are a vet like many of us.
Feel free to stick around and we'll do our best to answer questions. FWIW, 8 days of EWCM is probably nothing to be alarmed about, it just means your body is sensitive to rising estrogen levels.

You know what I'm having a bad day too so I'm going to bite here. Don't jump all over someone's azz when your original post was too vague to begin with. When you want a detailed answer you need to start with a detailed post.
I missed your original post, but I just wanted to let you know that we all have bad days and you're allowed a pass. Your little boy is adorable, and we all hope to have one (or two) just like him someday!
Thanks for explaining yourself. Please feel free to stick around and ask any questions. Epphd is right on the estrogen levels - she's right on most things!!! Hehehe....
Have a good night and don't sweat it.
