If you register that day can you purchase things off it that day? Also can you add things and then show them as purchased? Like items that I've already bought there.

    What you can do is go ahead and register. After you turn in your registry paperwork to the counter take the print out that they give you to the front. They will scan the items that you are purchasing and also the registry. This will take those items off.

    Make sure that your registry is available online and that you get a password. You can then go in and mark the items that you have already purchased prior as purchased. It works immeadiately and that way you can manage it easily.

    I would definately do the registry then. It will make your life so much easier. Plus....getting a discount on what you don't get will be worth it. :) Have fun registering!
