Hi ladies!
Ok, went in for my u/s and b/w today. I'm at a 12 lining (with a 5 stripe) and it's looking really good. I just now got the call on my b/w and my e2 is good (I didn't ask what it was, but she said it's "good").
As for my donor, I didn't get the specifics that the other nurse gave me yesterday, but I have the overall breakdown:
1 - 19, 2 - 17, 2 - 16.5, 3 - 16, 3 - 14.5, 3 - 14, 2 - 13.5, 1 - 13, 1 - 12.5
How are we looking girls??
She said the donor will go in for another u/s tomorrow and will most likely have her ovidrel tomorrow for ER on Sunday so we're right on the original schedule they gave us.
Let me know your thoughts!!!
Re: Just got my donor update for today
Yea yea yea!!! It all looks beautiful! I am still betting 15 mature eggs (possibly closer to 20 retrieved) and trigger tomorrow night
You're soooooo close!!!

Yea!!! You're sooooooooo right!!! They said that they'll probably trigger tomorrow. Wow, we're finally almost there!! And then of course, I'll be waiting for ET... and then for beta... and then for the 2nd beta... and then the 1st u/s... ok, I'll constantly be waiting for something!
If we get 15 eggs, I'll be happy. But, I keep trying to remind myself, it's quality over quantity, so as long as they're good quality, that's all that matters! Whoohooo, we're on our way!
I think it looks perfect. I just had my mandatory info session this morning and my clinic said they hope to get 10-20 eggs from a donor. They said "you might hear about 30+ but that doesn't mean they are good quality".
So close!!
OMG I am so jealous! I am up to four patches every other day and starting at trigger I add in PIO, 1 cc. THEN - the day after retrieval I start 2 cc's of PIO daily and continue 4 patches every other day!! UGH. It's going to suck. Who needs that much E2 and PIO???? But the clinic's success rate is great so I guess I have to trust them

Isn't it crazy how much our RE's differ in their protocols for this? BUT... although you're going up to 4 patches and I'm going down to 1, I'm still doing the twice daily (lovely) estrace vaginally. That's not a bunch of fun.
I'm on generic estrace so I have a very cute pink discharge from it (please read the sarcasm in in that!).
And I start the PIO (2 cc's) the day after ER along with a z-pack. I'm kinda happy I don't have to start the PIO before then b/c I really am scared of that shot, but that's only b/c I haven't had one before so I don't know what to expect. I had the nurse draw circles to where the shots should go.
I just want to make sure they absolutely go in the right place!
OMG, we're sooooo close to ER!!
Wow - a 12 lining and 5 stripe? That is awesome. I have never heard of a 5 stripe before and my lining never gets that thick. You go girl!!
Sunday will be here before you know it. I can't wait to hear the report!
