To those moms using sleep positioners are you using one that is flat or one that is elevated?? I want to put one on my registry but I am not sure which one is better. TIA!
DS has reflux and apnea, and in sheer desperation of sleep we bought an elevated one. It has seriously made all the difference for us. If we didn't need it to keep him from choking during the night, we wouldn't have needed one at all.
Unless there is a medical reason to use one, you really shouldn't need one at all. I don't think its something I would register for (I didn't and never needed one). Just my opinion though.
