I should technically be on day 4 today of the 30 day shred, but i hurt so damn much yesterday that i didn't do anything. and it was our 3 year anniversary anyway
Yep...it definately makes me sweat...also makes me realize i can't do pushups AT.ALL...and by the time i do the last ab workout, forget it lol.
Must get smaller weights. 5lbs NOT a good place to start
I also use the 30 day shred.. Its nice because the exercises are basic moves. Some videos are like stand on one foot hop up and down and rub your head. By the time you get the move down its time for hte next one. 30 day is push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, squats.. nothing crazy just repetition.
