Have you ever heard the saying "useless as teets on a boar hog?" I had a professor who was determined to prove that they weren't useless. He found that the # of teets on the boars female progeny was determined by # on the boar. This is a huge deal because baby pigs dont share teets with one another so not enough teet=someone doesnt eat.
