Pedi said yes to table food. Does that mean...

He can now have whatever we are eating just cut up so he can chew it? What about the sugar or salt on foods? No big deal now? He was given a few no no foods but other than that we can feed him anything?

    We don't do table food yet, but I still plan to try making sure what we give DD is still bland w/o salt, butter, sugar, etc. I figure DH and I will start eating healthier since she is :)
