Please make sure you are peeling back your sons foreskin until you can see the lip of his penis and washing with a warm washcloth twice a day!   We had no idea we needed to be doing this because he is circumcised.  So we have just been washing him regularly in the bath tub, but then yesterday at his dr.s appt he ended up having an adhesion so the pedi needed to peel back and rip the foreskin away from the head of the penis, I have never heard my son cry and scream like that in his life, he was in so much pain and it was horrible!  Even now he is in so much pain every time we change him, it is so sad =(  

When I asked my Pedi why no one told us to be doing this, she said that so often people arent told that she thinks OB's dont even realize how easily Penile adhesions occour. No one told us, so now I am telling you!
