    I can recommend Dr. Brenda Hallenback.  She is wonderful, very calm, very relaxing.  And she has small hands!  The others in her practice are great too.

    I LOVE my midwife, Joyce Kimball. She isn't associated with any hospital but has joined many deliveries at St. Vs and Memorial. Her website is birthservices. net.
