Gap Maternity will be OK. I'm a 34inch inseam and I found one pair. I was actually able to wear SUPER LOW RISE Gap jeans for almost my entire pregnancy as well as my regular pants that have coton/polyester waist bands (I have no knowledge of material..but these are dress pants for work.)
So if you had to, find a pair that you like and have them tailored down in the waist-area so you can rig up a super low rise thing. Or wear skirts/dresses a lot
Depending on your size I might have a brand new pair that you could buy from me! I bought a pair that were listed as a size 14 but are WAY too small and fit more like a size 10. I didn't return them in time and now I am stuck with them. I can't remember the cost, but I am just looking to get rid of them so someone else can use them. Let me know if you would be interested in these.
I have found the best luck with rgmaternity.com but their stock seems to fluxuate a lot so check back often. I bought a pair of jeans and a pair of khaki cords and they have lasted through my whole pregnancy so I have been happy. They are nice and long as well
Re: Question for 5'11" or taller gals
