Since before the BFP, I've been taking a cvs Prenatal, but I'm going to switch to a prescription one after my first obgyn visit, only because it's cheaper with insurance. I also take extra B-6, vitamin C, and calcium.

37 and dx with DOR...just fabulous
My Dr. recommended One A Day prenatal because they are flavorless and have no after taste. The ones I started taking tasted like I was eating a handful of diet and made me gag. There are 2 bottles in a package. 1 bottle contains the actual prenatal vitamin. The other bottle contains DHA/DEA?
I also take 2500 mg calcium citrate
2 droppers full of B-Complex sublingual
I had gastric bypass surgery over a year ago and have special absorbtion issues and have to take certain things because of that. And blood work frequently to make sure all levels are where they need to be!!

I take a Walgreen's brand PNV - it's comparable to the One A Day. One pill is vitamin/mineral and one is DHA. I liked it because, unlike the One A Day, the DHA was plant based, not fish based. I take them at night and they have never upset my stomach. Plus, it's $25 for a two month supply. My doctor seemed to think it was satisfactory - they said as long as I was taking a DHA supplement, everything else was pretty standard.
