  Mine also said yes--it's just tylenol and benadryl.

  Mine says yes, too.  I take benadryl when I need a sleep aid.

  I have yet to ask mine, but benedryl works wonders for me, even better than tylenol pm, I actually fell asleep with food in my mouth after 2 benedryl one time! Not good, but good for ZZZ's!

  If you just need a sleep aid, take some benadryl. Its the "PM" part of tylenol anyway, and then you aren't taking meds you don't need.

  Benadryl= Diphenhydramine (Sleepy)

  Tylenol= Acetaminophen (Pain)

  Ty PM= Tylenol (Pain) +  Diphenhydramine (Sleepy)

  If you need to sleep and don't have pain, take SIMPLY SLEEP. It is pure diphenhydramine, thus only sleepy inducing.

  My OB says yes, but the pharmacist says no. They both agreed that Sudafed (the regular, not PE) was safe so I went with that.
