definitely all the stupid reality competition shows that have already been mentioned- American Idol, DWTS and other dance-related shows, America's Got Talent, Survivor, Amazing Race, etc.

Sponge bob effing squarepants! I hate that show sooo much. When we were in my regular Drs. office they had it going in the waiting room, then when we went back to the other waiting room they had it going in there too! Did I mention this is an adult's dr office? I told my DH I just couldn't get away from that damn show!

Wife Swap. My otherwise intelligent, sports loving hubby is fascinated by this show and puts it on. I can veg out in front of just about any tv show but this one annoys me so much I've been known to scrub a toliet or change a little box to avoid sitting with him and watching it. Pointless attempt to avoid it though because when I come back in the room he'll either give me a blow by blow recap or play it back on the dvr.
