  what blood work? I'm assuming your not taking about the one to see if your pregnant....if memory serves (cuz I'm just starting out again), it only took a day or so but my RE is in a big hospital/everything is right there.

  I was talking about bw in gereal.  But the bw I had done was for progesterone levels.  I am mostly curious about the bw they run to test for pg.

  I had my blood drawn on Saturday and the doctor had the results by Monday. The offices are in the same building, though. Don't know if that helped make it so speedy. Of course, I didn't get my results until the doctor had time to read them, and he was in meetings a lot that week. Not that it made a difference for me with my timing. I just wanted to know really badly! Hopefully your wait won't be long. Let us know what you hear.

  I'm going for CD3 b/w tomorrow. They told me they would call me the same day with results. They do the testing in house. I guess it makes a difference if they have to send it out for processing.  I have a friend in England who won't get her CD3 results for 3 MONTHS!

  The BW my Dr does for HCG levels (whether for pregnancy tests or to see if the #'s are rising or falling)  is rushed and back the next day.

  The BW they do just to test anything, unless it's an emergency,  is usually back within a week.
