We never used one. I would actually wait and see if you need it because you probably won't. We swaddled and G never moved.

Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress. Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage. Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm. 27 days in the NICU. Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely. My tough little cookie.
Oh, and G did develop reflux and we ended up getting a tucker wedge for him to incline and now he sleeps in a nap nanny. But we never used a positioner.

I didn't buy one initially, btu we needed the incline for reflux issues.
I have this one (LINK), and have no complaints.

I am planning on Swaddling so maybe I will wait...Thanks!
We got ours from Target. It's an inclined sleep positioner, because DD spits-up tons. It was only $15 and it works great for us!
