Surrogacy?

Does anyone here after experience or advice for gestational surrogacy? After 4 IUIs and 3 IVFs I've decided to look into this Any experience or advice anyone has had would be appreciated.?

    Friends of mine did it. They are both attorneys and had their attorney draw up a contract. While everything worked out in the end, they said they would never do it again. The surrogate was always asking for money, didn't regularly go to the doctor like they had agreed she would (even though they were paying) and became difficult. Now, that's just their story and they do have a healthy child. I would just go in cautiously and with an attorney.?

    sorry i have nothing to offer in the way of this post other than my support.  i hope things go well for you in your quest for a surrogate.

    i agree with pp though.  get a good lawyer.  that couples experience sounds like a nightmare.

    you might want ask this question on the trouble TTC board.  i believe there are a few ladies on there who have done this. as well maybe try success after IF.
