anyone use pregnancy or body pillows?

I've been having a lot of lower and middle back pain, and someone recommended I get a body pillow to sleep with. Has anyone used one of these, or one of the pillows designed for pregnancy? If so, which ones did you like or not like?

i have a body pillow and cant live without it sometimes i steal DH pillow for along my back when i have the pillow between my knees. i guess i like to be cradled lol.?defiantly?a good investment target has some for like $8-$12

I have a body pillow. Some night it works wonders, and others I still have back pain. It's a lot more comfortable for me since I am normally a stomach sleeper so I can rest more on the pillow than holding myself up on the side. I've never tried the pregnancy pillow.

The Snoogle is fantastic--you can get it at Babies'R'Us or Walmart online--I can't sleep without it.

I've been using a Snoogle since about 10 weeks and absolutely love it. I was a little concerned about it taking up too much room on the bed....but these days when I wake up, my back is against it, DH has a leg over it, & the dog is using the bottom as a pillow. It's a Snoogle built for 3! lol
