Kgb Vs. ChaCha

I work for ChaCha, but am finishing up training for Kgb. Since they are both practically the same thing, I'm wondering if anyone has had a better experience with one vs. the other?  I like that Kgb will pay out at the end of the month even if you don't have 100 dollars built up. I'm thinking I might like them a little better, but I'm interested in hearing other opinions.

    I've never heard of Kgb.  I'd be interested in others responses as well.

    I checked them out a few months ago and I *think* they paid slightly less.  I'm not sure if that is still true with the newest ChaCha pay scale though.  I'm a Guide for ChaCha and happy there so I don't plan on switching.

    They pay a flat rate of .10 per question and .05 for any question you don't have to search on. I am starting to think I will like kgb a little more. They have scheduled shifts and  a few other things I like better than ChaCha. It seems like they are far more available to help out their guides. They also charge for text answers so it seems like they might have a more feasible business plan than ChaCha in the long rung. I'm going to try it out.

    Yuck. I don't like scheduled shifts. I like the freedom of doing it whenever I want.
