I am MIFFED!!! (A rant)
The other day I went to motherhood.com and was looking at various items and decided to get a belly band (on their site they refer to them as "tummy sleeves") as Im sure I will be needing one sooner or later. I noticed the site advertises that every order has a $7 dollar shipping charge, so I figured I might as well order another item as well while I was at it and went with a jar of cocoa butter cream. I entered all my information, confirmed my order and Voila...got the ole "your order has been processed and received". All fine and good, right??? Wrong! I checked the site yesterday to see what my order status was as far as where it was shipping-wise and what do I see? The ole middle finger telling me that part of my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock. Said item being the tummy sleeve/belly band. Grrrr...why didnt those fucktards notify me as Im ordering the damn thing that "sorry this item is currently unavailable" ? Nowhere on the site does it say that...and now Im stuck paying $7 dollar shipping for an item (the lotion) that only retails $6...which I really didnt entirely want in the first place..just figured Id order it with the belly band. Those twatwaffles...(sorry I get a lot of my words/sayings from the oh so rockin posters at dreamindemon.com) heard an earful from me when I called them and demanded that I at LEAST get my shipping credited/refunded. They obliged...however I dont think I will be ordering from there again as I dont want to run into the same issue with ordering items that appear to be in stock when they dont in fact have them. Am I being bitchy? Sorry...pregnancy brings out the baby in me. End rant.

$7 is not that bad.
Its bad when you're paying $7 shipping for an item that only costs $6. I was all fine and good with the shipping price for both items...it was their dumbasses who failed to mention that the item I really wanted was out of stock, so yes...charging someone more for shipping than what the actual item costs is a bit ridiculous.
