  • Short of wearing sports bras constantly (and I'm talking only taking them off to change them or shower) and taking some Tylenol...

not much else you can do, really.

  • Sorry to tell you, mine have hurt NON stop since before my bfp. I wear a sleep bra pretty much constantly. It does help a little.
  • Agreed about the sports bra. DEFINITELY sleep in it!
  • The sports bra definitely helps. If I forget to sleep in it, I am in pain all day.
  • Good to know! Thank you. I woke up this morning and my boobs hurt so bad I felt like someone had been punching them all night or something! Horrible I tell ya!Surprise
  • Sleeping in a bra (or sports bra) helps ALOT

and try not to sleep on them. I have woke up in the middle of the night from sleeping on my stomach. My boob hurt SO badly.

Good news is it did start to taper off a bit around 10 weeks.

  • yeah - I was in serious boob pain, and I was a pretty avid anti-bra girl pre-preg (when you got no tots, why not?)    Now they've doubled in size and require a soft sportsbra (get one without a crazy elastic band) but this week they're significantly less tender.
  • I have DD's And have cried a few times cause of the pain. The thing that helps me is to wear my bra a little bit tighter than normal. Also massaging them twice a day with lotion has help. My mom's advice is if it is just your nipples is when you are in the shower rub them with a face towel to start desencitizing them. (sorry about spelling) If they hurt more you can always use an ice pack or heating pad.
