  varies.  We do an hour nap and then every 1 1/2 down for another nap.  As he is getting closer to 5 months we have been able to stretch the up time to 2 hours.

  It varies.  He has a pattern of a short nap in the morning - a long nap in the afternoon - and another short nap in the early evening - but times vary.

  It varies for us. He'll eat every 3-4 hours and needs to sleep after two hours of being awake, but the times are different. I think if I was back at work and had to wake him up at the same time everyday, that would give us the same starting point, and then it would fall into place each day. For now, I let him sleep as long as he can in the morning, which varies, so then the rest of our day does, too. I really want to get him into more of a routine, but I dont know how. It still seems like chaos some days.

  Ok, good that's how we are too.  I base it all on what time she wakes up in the morning and that changes from day to day.  If she sttn she's up at 6 and if she doesn't sttn she's up between 7:30-8.  I guess I'm just waiting and following her lead for now.

  It varies.  She usually naps after she eats, every 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.  I let her set the schedule and nap for however long she wants to, sometimes 30 min, sometimes an hour or two.  It works for us though.

  For us, it's both.  Usually he has naps around the same time of day, give or take an hour.  Sometimes he doesn't nap well at all and it's sporadic, and other days it seems that all he wants to do is nap.  There is definitely more of a routine now than even a month ago.

  K isn't quite 4 months yet, but she usually sleeps/naps at about the same times.
