Waiting for them to take him back:

Going back with the anesthesiologists

They wheeled him out and into the "PACU" so quickly, by the time the camera went off all I got was the closed curtain!

Bringing my baby back to me

Showing me the incisions (he's not happy)

He had a block done after the surgery so he couldn't move his lower half for a long time.... he was straight as a board

    Thanks ladies.  He's feeling great (as far as I can tell).  He's back to being busy.  I try to keep him on motrin for right now to ease any pain he may have and to try to help with the swelling too.

    He's a trooper.  I'm glad it's all over now, so I no longer have to wonder what it'll be like and all the "what ifs" that come with surgery and putting a person (your baby) under general anesthesia.
